Microcar and Minicar Carwash - CORRECTION

Hello Team,

The 14th annual Microcar and Minicar Classic will be held this Sunday. The original message sent out had Saturdays date. Sorry for the confusion.

Go Team!

Collector Charles Gould will be hosting the 14th annual Microcar and Minicar Classic will be held this Sunday. Most microcars and minicars are products of post World War II Europe and exhibit automotive ingenuity compelled by scarce resources. You can learn more and see pictures at http://www.bubbledrome.org.

Carwash volunteers will transform these dusty little cars into shiny show vehicles. Tasks include pressure washing, rinsing, drying, waxing, polishing, interior detailing, checking fluids tires and batteries, and pushing cars around. Many of these tasks may be done inside the warehouse, so there’s no need to cancel in case of too much rain or sun. Lunch will be provided, as will dinner for whomever is not too tired.

Please dress accordingly - washing cars involves dirt and wetness. Also, avoid wearing buckles, chains, metal zippers, and jeans with rivets to avoid scratching the paint.

If you are able to help, or you have questions, or you get lost, please contact Erich Dieffenbach ((JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address))
