Hello Team,

Thanks to everyone that showed up tonight but if you missed the meeting, below is some of the info we went over (6 week Schedule, Food, Kick-off Weekend, Handbook). 9:30-12:30 FIRST Kickoff NASA TV
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-2:00 Mock Game / Rules
2:00-3:00 Strategy Session 1 (separate into groups discuss a game strategy)
3:00-3:30 Discuss Strategies from Session1
3:30-4:30 Strategy Session 2 (separate into groups discuss a game strategy)
4:30-5:00 Discuss Strategies from Session 2
5:00-6:00 Decide on final game Strategy for team

Sunday Jan 10th
11:00- 12:00 Team Building / FIRST Jeopardy
12:00-12:30 Review Previous day results
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-2:30 Robot Design 1
2:30-3:00 Present Robot Designs 1
3:00-4:00 Robot Design 2
4:00-5:00 Present Robot Designs 2
5:00-6:00 Narrow down Robot designs

Jan 11th - Jan 15th - Monday to Friday - After School to 9:00 PM (Dinner)
Jan 16th - Feb 20th - Saturday - 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM (Dinner)
Jan 17th - Feb 21st - Sundays - 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM (NO Dinner)
Jan 18th - Feb 12th - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - After School to 9:00 PM
(Dinner)
Jan 19th - Feb 12th - Tuesday, Thursday - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO Dinner)
Feb 15th - Feb 19th - 2:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Dinner) (Vacation week)
Feb 22nd - Robot in Box at 9:00 PM (23rd is ship day but it¹s a school day)

Mandatory Team Meetings - Wednesdays (After Dinner) - Saturdays (1:00 PM)

Jan 18th - MLK Day - 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (No school)
Mid-Terms ­ Wednesday Jan 20th - NO Robotics
